New OvenPerfect® OvenPerfect® Cooking Steps

Dinner’s In The Bag!™

Follow the cooking instructions below for all Farmland® Oven Perfect® Fresh Pork products. You’ll see how easy it is to prepare tender, juicy and deliciously browned pork for dinner.

TENDERLOINS — All varieties

Oven:

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil in case juices spill during cooking. Tenderloin is packaged in an ovenable bag. Remove all labels from outside of the bag.
  2. Place ovenable bag flat-side up on baking sheet as shown in Picture #2.
  3. DO NOT make any holes to vent bag.
  4. Roast 30 minutes at 450°F. Note: Ovenable bag will self-vent on corners and along sides during roasting.
  5. Remove baking sheet with roast on it from oven. Carefully cut ovenable bag open with scissors; let stand 5 minutes before serving. Internal temperature of roast will be at least 150°F.
  6. Remove roast from ovenable bag and place on cutting board to slice for serving. If desired, drizzle juices inside bag over slices.

From Frozen: Follow instructions above, increasing cooking time to 55 minutes.

For Home Convection Oven: Set Convection Roast temperature to 450°F. and roast 25 minutes.

Grill:
Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove tenderloin from ovenable bag. Grill 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 150°F.

REMOVE ALL LABELS BEFORE COOKING — KEEP REFRIGERATED, MAY BE FROZEN

Loin Filets — All varieties

Oven:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil in case juices spill during cooking. Loin Filet is packaged in an ovenable bag. Remove all labels from outside of the bag.
  2. Place ovenable bag flat-side up on baking sheet as shown in Picture #2. DO NOT make any holes to vent bag.
  3. Roast 35 minutes at 425°F. Note: Ovenable bag will self-vent on corners and along sides during roasting.
  4. Remove baking sheet with roast on it from oven. Carefully cut ovenable bag open with scissors; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Internal temperature of roast will be at least 150°F.
  5. Remove roast from ovenable bag and place on cutting board to slice for serving. If desired, drizzle juices inside bag over slices.

From Frozen: Follow instructions above, increasing cooking time to 60 minutes.

For Home Convection Oven: Set Convection Roast temperature to 425°F. and roast 30 minutes.

Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove loin filet from ovenable bag. Grill over indirect heat 30 to 40 minutes per pound, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
