Cooking Instructions
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
If frozen, thaw product in refrigerator 1 to 2 days before cooking. DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
Microwave Oven
1. Empty rib pieces and sauce from bag into microwave-safe container; cover loosely with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 4 to 7 minutes until meat reaches 140°F. Stir and rearrange rib pieces halfway through cooking.
3. Let stand 2 minutes in microwave before serving.
Conventional Oven
1. Remove rib pieces and sauce from bag and arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan; cover.
2. Bake at 375°F. for 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
