Cooking Instructions
Cook Farmland ALL NATURAL (Simply Natural) Fresh Pork to an internal end temperature of 150°F. when measured in the thickest part of the meat. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Pork may be slightly pink in the center. Note: Cook pork to 190°F. when making pulled/shredded pork.
Thick Chops - about 1-inch thick
Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chops 15 to 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F., turning occasionally.
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Season chops as desired. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F. Thin chops - about 1/2-inch thick
