Cook Farmland Fresh Pork to an internal end temperature of 150°F. when measured in the thickest part of the meat NOT touching bone. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Pork may be slightly pink in the center. NOTE: Cook pork to 200°F. when making pulled/shredded pork.
OVEN: Heat oven to 325°F. Place pork in shallow roasting pan; season as desired. Roast 15 to 25 minutes per pound.
GRILL: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Grill loin over indirect heat for 20 to 30 minutes per pound.
