Cooking Instructions
Cook Farmland Extra Tender® Fresh Pork to an internal end temperature of 155°F. when measured in the thickest part of the meat NOT touching bone. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Pork may be slightly pink in the center.
Oven: Heat oven to 325°F. Place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 15 to 25 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
