Cooking Instructions
Thick Chops - about 1-inch thick
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Season chops as desired. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F. to 150°F.
Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chops 15 to 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. to 150°F., turning occasionally.
