Ingredients
Dehydrated garlic and onion, salt, spices, autolyzed yeast extract (2.10%), natural flavor (modified corn starch and spice extractives), dehydrated lemon grass, lime juice powder (corn syrup solids, lime juice solids, BHT), citric acid, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, maltodextrin. Not more than 2% silicon dioxide and tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
Tenderness and juiciness improved with up to twelve percent Deep Basted Solution.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate between 28°F. and 34°F. Freeze if not used within few days.

Cooking Instructions
Cook pork to an end temperature of 150°F. to 155°F. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Pork should be slightly pink in the center.
Oven: Heat oven to 375°F. Place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 15 to 20 minutes per pound.
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Grill loin filet over indirect heat 28 to 38 minutes per pound, turning occasionally.
