Storage Instructions
Refrigerate between 28°F. and 34°F. Freeze if not used within few days.

Cooking Instructions
Grilling Instructions
1. Remove wooden plank from packaging and soak in water for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Place can or glass on top of plank to keep it immersed.
2. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high (425°F. – 475°F.).
3. Remove plank from water. Remove seasoned pork chops from packaging and place on top of plank. Place chops and plank directly on grill; close grill cover. Grill 30 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F. There is no need to turn chops during cooking. Check occasionally to ensure red oak plank doesn’t flare up. Spray any flames with a water bottle if necessary.
Oven Instructions
1. Remove wooden plank from packaging and soak in water for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Place can or glass on top of plank to keep it immersed.
2. Heat oven to 375°F.
3. Remove plank from water. Remove seasoned pork chops from packaging and place on top of plank. Place chops and plank directly on rack in center of oven. Place drip pan on rack below plank. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F. There is no need to turn chops during cooking.
