Ingredients

Spices including paprika, chipotle and jalapeno powders, dehydrated red and green bell peppers, salt, sugar, natural flavor (maltodextrin, smoke flavoring), lime juice powder (corn syrup solids, lime juice solids, BHT), malic acid, citric acid, not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking

Storage Instructions

Refrigerate between 28°F. and 34°F.
Freeze if not used within few days.

Cooking Instructions

Grilling Instructions
1. Remove wooden plank from packaging and soak in water for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Place can or glass on top of plank to keep it immersed.
2. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high (425°F. – 475°F.).
3. Remove plank from water. Remove seasoned pork loin filet from packaging and place on top of plank. Place loin filet and plank directly on grill; close grill cover. Grill 45 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F. There is no need to turn loin filet during cooking. Check occasionally to ensure red oak plank doesn’t flare up. Spray any flames with a water bottle if necessary.
4. Let pork stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Oven Instructions
1. Remove wooden plank from packaging and soak in water for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Place can or glass on top of plank to keep it immersed.
2. Heat oven to 375°F.
3. Remove plank from water. Remove seasoned loin filet from packaging and place on top of plank. Place loin filet and plank directly on rack in center of oven. Place drip pan on rack below plank. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F. There is no need to turn pork during cooking.
4. Remove from oven, cover loin filet loosely with foil and let stand 10 to 20 minutes before slicing.
