Ingredients
dehydrated garlic and onion, salt, spices including ginger, dehydrated orange, sugar, hydrolyzed corn protein (5%), autolyzed yeast extract (4.67%), natural orange flavor (modified corn starch, alpha tocopherol), caramel color, lime juice powder (corn syrup solids, lime juice solids, BHT), citric acid, sesame oil, spice extractives, extractives of annatto, maltodextrin, disodium inosinate, not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking

Cooking Instructions
Grilling Instructions
1. Remove wooden plank from packaging and soak in water for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Place can or glass on top of plank to keep it immersed.
2. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high (425°F. – 475°F.).
3. Remove plank from water. Remove seasoned pork tenderloin from packaging and place on top of plank. Place tenderloin and plank directly on grill; close grill cover. Grill 45 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F. There is no need to turn tenderloin during cooking. Check occasionally to ensure red oak plank doesn’t flare up. Spray any flames with a water bottle if necessary.
4. Let pork stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Oven Instructions
1. Remove wooden plank from packaging and soak in water for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Place can or glass on top of plank to keep it immersed.
2. Heat oven to 375°F.
3. Remove plank from water. Remove seasoned tenderloin from packaging and place on top of plank. Place tenderloin and plank directly on rack in center of oven. Place drip pan on rack below plank. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F. There is no need to turn pork during cooking.
4. Remove from oven, cover tenderloin loosely with foil and let stand 10 to 20 minutes before slicing.
