Cooking Instructions
Cook pork to an end temperature of 150°F. to 155°F. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Pork should be slightly pink in the center.
Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chops 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side.
