Cured with water, dextrose, salt, potassium lactate, sodium phosphate, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite
- Refrigerate between 28°F. and 34°F.
Use or freeze within 5 to 7 days once package is opened.

Heat oven to 325°F. Remove ham from packaging and place in shallow roasting pan. Cover tightly with foil. Heat until warm, approximately 1 hour.
