Oven Perfect® Fresh Pork
Oven Perfect® Southwest Style Peppercorn Fresh Pork Tenderloin
Farmland® premium boneless fresh pork tenderloin marinated and seasoned with a Southwest Style Peppercorn flavor dry-rub.
Marinated pork (water, potassium lactate, dextrose, sodium phosphates, salt), run ingredients: spices, salt, dehydrated, onion and garlic, dehydrated green and red bell pepper, natural flavor, potato maltodextrin, dextrose, gum arabic. Gluten Free
- Refrigerate at or below 40° F. May be frozen.
- See "Use By" or "Sell By" date on package. Freeze if not used by this date.
Heat oven to 450°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil in case juices spill during cooking. Tenderloin is packaged in an ovenable bag. Remove all labels from outside of the bag.
Place ovenable bag, flat-side up, on baking sheet as shown in Picture #2. DO NOT make any holes to vent bag.
Roast 30 minutes at 450°F. Note: Ovenable bag will self-vent on corners and along sides during roasting.
Remove baking sheet with ribs on it from oven. Carefully cut ovenable bag open with scissors; let stand 5 minutes. Internal temperature of roast will be at least 150°F.
Remove roast from ovenable bag and place on cutting board to slice for serving. If desired, drizzle juices inside bag over slices.
From Frozen: Follow instructions above, increasing cooking time to 55 minutes.
For Home Convection Oven: Set Convection Roast temperature to 450°F and roast 25 minutes.
ALTERNATE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove tenderloin from ovenable bag. Grill 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
REMOVE ALL LABELS BEFORE COOKING – KEEP REFRIGERATED, MAY BE FROZEN
