Oven Perfect® Fresh Pork
Oven Perfect® Parmesan Garlic Herb Fresh Pork Loin Filet
Farmland® premium boneless fresh pork loin filet marinated and seasoned with a parmesan garlic herb flavor dry-rub.
Marinated pork (water, potassium lactate, dextrose, sodium phosphates, salt) rub ingredients: parmesan cheese, (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), garlic powder, maltodextrin, salt, dextrose, tomato powder spice, contains 2% or less: beef broth, onion, parsley, balsamic vinegar, modified food starch, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (corn, soy, and/or wheat) natural flavors, citric acid, sodium diacetate, sugar, yeast extract, autolyzed yeast extract, gum arabic, caramel color, molasses, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate.
- Refrigerate at or below 40° F. May be frozen.
- See "Use By" or "Sell By" date on package. Freeze if not used by this date.
Heat oven to 425°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil in case juices spill during cooking. Loin Filet is packaged in an ovenable bag. Remove all labels from outside of the bag.
Place ovenable bag, flat-side up, on baking sheet as shown in Picture #2. DO NOT make any holes to vent bag.
Roast 35 minutes at 425°F. Note: Ovenable bag will self-vent on corners and along sides during roasting.
Remove baking sheet with roast on it from oven. Carefully cut ovenable bag open with scissors; let stand 10 minutes. Internal temperature of roast will be at least 150°F.
Remove roast from ovenable bag and place on cutting board to slice for serving. If desired, drizzle juices inside bag over slices.
From Frozen: Follow instructions above, increasing cooking time to 60 minutes.
For Home Convection Oven: Set Convection Roast temperature to 425°F and roast 30 minutes.
ALTERNATE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove loin filet from ovenable bag. Grill over indirect heat 30 to 40 minutes per pound, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
REMOVE ALL LABELS BEFORE COOKING – KEEP REFRIGERATED, MAY BE FROZEN.
