Cooking Instructions
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Season meat as desired. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F.
Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté meat 15 to 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F., turning occasionally.
