Storage Instructions
Refrigerate between 28°F. and 34°F. Freeze if not used within few days.

Cooking Instructions
TO ROAST:
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging from Leg of Pork, including foil bone cover. Season as desired; place fat-side up on rack in roasting pan. (Note: It is ok if end of bone hangs over edge of pan.)
2. Roast Leg of Pork, uncovered, 4 to 5 hours until internal temperature reaches 155°F., (about 18 minutes per pound).
3. Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let stand 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
4. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers within 2 hours of serving.
