Cooking Instructions
TO ROAST: 1. Heat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging from ham, including foil bone cover. 2. Place ham fat-side up in roasting pan. Pour 1 cup water into bottom of pan; cover tightly with foil. 3. Bake 3 to 3 1/2 hours until internal temperature reaches 130°F. Remove from oven and let stand, covered, 30 minutes before serving. 4. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers within 2 hours of serving.
