7-Layer Fiesta Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (1-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Ground Pork
• 1 (16-oz.) can refried beans
• 1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup salsa
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
• 1 large tomato diced
• 3 to 4 radishes, thinly sliced
• tortilla chips

Preparation

1. Brown ground pork in skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water according to package directions.
2. Spread refried beans onto 12-inch platter. Top with seasoned ground pork, then cheese.
3. Mix sour cream and salsa together; spread over cheese layer.
4. Top with layers of cabbage, tomatoes and radishes. Serve with tortilla chips.
