Colorful Grilled Sausage & Peppers

Ingredients

  • 3 bell pepper, (assorted colors), cut in half
  • 1 small yellow onion, quartered
  • 1/2 large red onion, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. Farmland® ALL NATURAL* Smoked Sausage Rope, cut into 4 pieces

Preparation

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Combine vegetables, olive oil and rosemary in large bowl. Toss gently to coat with oil. Season as desired with salt and pepper.
  2. Place sausage on grill; cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add vegetables to grill next to sausage. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp and sausage reaches 160°F., turning frequently.
  3. To serve, remove from grill and slice vegetables into 1-inch strips. Serve sausage on top of vegetables.
