Smoked Sausage Beans 'n Taters

Ingredients

  • 4 12"x18" sheets heavy duty aluminum foil
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg.  Farmland® ALL NATURAL* Smoked Sausage Rope, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 3/4 lb. new potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 12 oz. fresh green beans, ends removed
  • 1 small sweet yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter

Preparation

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Spray the topside of each foil sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine sausage, potatoes, green beans and onion in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, rosemary, garlic and pepper; toss to mix. Place one-fourth mixture in center of each foil sheet. Top with 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces.
  3. Bring up the sides of the foil. Double fold the top and ends to seal the packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.
  4. Place packets on grill and heat 15 to 20 minutes until sausage reaches 160°F. and potatoes are tender.
