Bacon and Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 6 cups (about 1 head) chopped fresh broccoli
- 2/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 (8-oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
Preparation
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Combine bacon, broccoli, onion and water chestnuts in mixing bowl.
- Blend mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and vinegar together in separate small bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli salad; mix thoroughly.
