Bacon Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 5 (9-inch) flour tortillas
- 3/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 green onion(s) sliced
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
- 1 cup fresh leaf spinach finely chopped
- 1 cup salsa
Preparation
- Cook bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream; spread 1/5 of the mixture on each flour tortilla. Sprinkle 1/5 of the bacon, spinach, onions and cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll up tortillas. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into 1-inch slices. Serve with salsa for dipping.
