Beer & Cheese Sausage Appetizer Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) pkg Farmland® Smoked Rope Sausage With Cheese, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 bottle dark beer

Preparation

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Place sausage in 8-inch square disposable foil pan.
  2. Pour beer over sausage. Place pan on grill and heat 15 to 20 minutes until sausage reaches 160°F., stirring occasionally.

Serves 5

Ready In 25 min.

Notes

  1. Recipe may also be doubled and heated in a 2-quart slow cooker on High for 2 to 3 hours. Turn to Low for serving.
