Bert's New Years Collards & Bacon

Ingredients

  • 12 slices Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 16 cups roughly chopped collard greens
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until done, but not crisp. Stir in garlic.
  2. Add collards to skillet; stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.

Serves 6
