Bert's New Years Collards & Bacon

Ingredients
- 12 slices Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 16 cups roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
- Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until done, but not crisp. Stir in garlic.
- Add collards to skillet; stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
