Black & Blue Pork Burgers

Ingredients
- 4 onion sandwich buns toasted
- 1 pound fresh Farmland® Ground Pork
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- coarse ground black pepper
Preparation
- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Combine all ingredients except pepper; mix well.
- Shape into four 1-inch thick patties. Sprinkle pepper onto both sides of burgers and lightly press into meat.
- Grill burgers approximately 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F., turning every 5 minutes. Serve on toasted onion buns with desired toppers.
