Bratwurst with Honey-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons dill weed
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1(1.25-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Special Select - Bratwurst Dinner Sausage
• 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
• 1 cup spicy brown mustard

Preparation

1. Cut each link to make 10 slices; remove and discard casing. Cook in nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until well browned, turning once or twice. Remove and drain; keep warm.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Serve bratwurst slices with honey-mustard dipping sauce.
