Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in glass or plastic container. Let stand 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
2. Marinate Farmland Ribs, Chops or Tenderloins in sauce at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Discard any remaining marinade.

Serves 1 cup
