Colorful Grilled Sausage & Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. Farmland® ALL NATURAL* Smoked Sausage Rope cut into 4 pieces
- 3 bell pepper(s) (assorted colors), cut in half
- 1 small quartered
- 1/2 large red onion cut into 4 pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
Preparation
- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Combine vegetables, olive oil and rosemary in large bowl. Toss gently to coat with oil. Season as desired with salt and pepper.
- Place sausage on grill; cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add vegetables to grill next to sausage. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp and sausage reaches 160°F., turning frequently.
- To serve, remove from grill and slice vegetables into 1-inch strips. Serve sausage on top of vegetables.
