Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Special Select - Ham
  • 3 egg(s), beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 large croissants, sliced lengthways
  • 1(10-oz.) jar pineapple preserves

Preparation

  1. Brown ham slices in heavy skillet.
  2. Beat together eggs and milk. Dip the cut side of the croissants into the egg mixture; place in skillet sprayed with vegetable oil. Brown croissants lightly over medium heat; spread with pineapple preserves.
  3. Layer several slices of ham on each sandwich.
