Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches

- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Special Select - Ham
- 6 large croissants sliced lengthways
- 1(10-oz.) jar pineapple preserves
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 egg(s) beaten
- Brown ham slices in heavy skillet.
- Beat together eggs and milk. Dip the cut side of the croissants into the egg mixture; place in skillet sprayed with vegetable oil. Brown croissants lightly over medium heat; spread with pineapple preserves.
- Layer several slices of ham on each sandwich.
