Easy Pork & Rice Tacos

- Serves: 12 tacos
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb.) pkg. fresh Farmland® Ground Pork
- 1 (16-oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
- 1 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
- 12 hard or soft taco shells
- shredded lettuce
- shredded cheese
- diced tomato
Preparation
- Brown ground pork in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked.
- Stir in salsa, rice, water and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Turn off heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
- To serve, spoon into taco shells and top as desired with lettuce, cheese and tomato.
