Easy Pork & Rice Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb.) pkg. fresh Farmland® Ground Pork
  • 1 (16-oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
  • 1 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
  • 12 hard or soft taco shells
  • shredded lettuce
  • shredded cheese
  • diced tomato

Preparation

  1. Brown ground pork in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Stir in salsa, rice, water and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Turn off heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  3. To serve, spoon into taco shells and top as desired with lettuce, cheese and tomato.

Serves 12 tacos
