Garlic Rosemary Grilled Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb.) pkg. Farmland® EXTRA-TENDER® Boneless Center Cut Thick Pork Chops
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1/4 cup lowfat Italian dressing

Preparation

  1. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium heat.
  2. Place chops on baking sheet. Spread garlic, rosemary and pepper over the chops. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Brush lightly with Italian dressing. Grill about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing occasionally with remaining dressing.

Serves 4
