Grilled Caribbean Pork with Fresh Peach Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning blend
- 3 medium peaches peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 jalapeno chiles seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (19-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Deep Basted™ EXTRA TENDER™ Boneless Pork Tenderloin
Preparation
- Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Sprinkle meat with jerk seasoning. Grill 18 to 22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155°F.
- Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients to make salsa. Serve over sliced pork.
