Grilled Caribbean Pork with Fresh Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 
  • 1 (19-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Nutrition WiseŽ Boneless Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning blend
  • 3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 jalapeno chiles, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Sprinkle meat with jerk seasoning. Grill 18 to 22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155°F.
  2. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients to make salsa. Serve over sliced pork.
