Grilled Peppered Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt-free all-purpose seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 (approx. 1-inch thick) Farmland® Deep Basted™ EXTRA TENDER™ Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut for Chops
Preparation
- Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Combine salt-free seasoning, oregano and lemon pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of each chop.
- Grill over medium coals 10 to 15 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
