Grilled Peppered Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt-free all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 (approx. 1-inch thick) Farmland® Deep Basted™ EXTRA TENDER™ Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut for Chops

Preparation

  1. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Combine salt-free seasoning, oregano and lemon pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of each chop.
  2. Grill over medium coals 10 to 15 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
