Ham and Swiss Baked Omelet

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Farmland® Diced Ham
- 3 tablespoons sliced green onion(s)
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 9 egg(s)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Heat oven to 325°F. Layer ham, green onions and cheese in greased 9-inch square baking dish.
- Beat together eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper; pour over ham and cheese. Bake at 325°F. for 50 to 55 minutes until eggs are set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
