Ham Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Farmland® Boneless Smoked Ham - Old Fashioned Pit Ham, cut into cubes
  • 10 small red potatoes, cooked
  • 10 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced in wedges
  • 1/4 cup lowfat, creamy Italian dressing
  • 6 cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Place ham on skewers alternately with potatoes, mushroom caps and onion wedges. Lightly brush with dressing.
  2. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Garnish each kabob with cherry tomato before serving.
