Ham Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Farmland® Boneless Smoked Ham - Old Fashioned Pit Ham , cut into cubes
- 10 small red potatoes, cooked
- 10 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced in wedges
- 1/4 cup lowfat, creamy Italian dressing
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
- Place ham on skewers alternately with potatoes, mushroom caps and onion wedges. Lightly brush with dressing.
- Broil 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Garnish each kabob with cherry tomato before serving.
