Recipe for Ham Quiche

Ham Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 egg(s)
  • 2 cups cubed Farmland® Boneless Smoked Ham - Pit Style
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli, lightly steamed
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pastry crust
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Whisk mayonnaise and flour together in medium bowl. Add milk and eggs, whisk together until mixture is smooth. Add ham, broccoli, onion and cheese.
  2. Pour mixture into pastry crust. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350°F. for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
