Ham Quiche

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups cubed Farmland® Boneless Smoked Ham - Pit Style OR Farmland® Diced Ham
- 1 cup chopped broccoli, lightly steamed
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pastry crust
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F. Whisk mayonnaise and flour together in medium bowl. Add milk and eggs, whisk together until mixture is smooth. Add ham, broccoli, onion and cheese.
- Pour mixture into pastry crust. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350°F. for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
