Honey & Sage Roasted Rack of Pork

- 1 pkg. Farmland® ALL NATURAL Rack of Pork
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- Heat oven to 375°F. Season pork rack with salt and pepper. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan with bones facing up. Roast until internal temperature reaches 155°F. (about 20 min. per lb.).
- Stir together honey and sage. Brush honey mixture onto roast after removing from oven. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing to serve.
