Honey Sweet Potato Salsa
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Serves: 4
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt to taste
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add sweet potatoes and onion; stir-fry over high heat until potatoes are tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
- Serve salsa spooned over ham slice or pork chop.
