Hot Bacon Spinach 'N Artichoke Dip

- Serves: Makes 5 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg Farmland® Lower Sodium Bacon
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 (13.75-oz.) cans artichoke hearts drained, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded pepper-jack cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded asiago cheese
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F. Cook spinach according to package directions. Let stand 10 minutes; squeeze dry using paper towels.
- Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. Cook in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup bacon pieces.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
