Italian Top Round Roast

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 (2-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Deep Basted™ EXTRA TENDER™ Boneless Pork Top Round Roast
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Preparation
- Heat oven to 325°F. Mix together breadcrumbs and seasonings. Coat meat with seasoned mixture.
- Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Roast at 325°F. to an internal temperature of 150°F. for medium doneness. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
