Italian Top Round Roast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 (2-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Nutrition WiseŽ Boneless Pork Top Round Roast

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Mix together breadcrumbs and seasonings. Coat meat with seasoned mixture.
  2. Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Roast at 325°F. to an internal temperature of 150°F. for medium doneness. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
