Make Ahead Ham 'n Egg Wraps
Ingredients
- 12 egg(s)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (1-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Cubed Ham, drained
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 (4-oz.) cans chopped green chiles
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F. Beat together eggs, bisuit mix and milk.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except tortillas. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F. for 40 to 50 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool.
- Cut eggs into 12 servings. Place 1 serving in center of each tortilla; fold to enclose eggs. Wrap each serving tightly in plastic wrap, then place in freezer food storage container and freeze.
- To serve, thaw an individual serving in refrigerator overnight, then microwave for approximately 2 minutes on HIGH until heated through.
