Mexican 4-Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can green beans drained
  • 1 (15-oz.) can pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-oz.) can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-oz.) can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 8 slices Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
