Mexican 4-Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 8 slices Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 (15-oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can green beans, drained
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
