Pineapple Strawberry Salsa

- 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored and diced
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. To serve, spoon over sliced ham.
