Pork Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
- 1 egg(s) beaten
- 2 teaspoons margarine
- 4 Farmland® Deep Basted™ EXTRA TENDER™ Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut for Chops (about 1 1/2-inches thick)
- 2 ounces Carando® proscuitto
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 oz. Swiss cheese cut into four 2 x 1/4-inch rectangles
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Preparation
- Slice each chop lengthwise almost in half to butterfly. Between two pieces of plastic wrap, pound each chop to approximately 1/3-inch thickness.
- On half of each chop, place prosciutto and 1 piece of cheese; sprinkle with thyme. Roll chops to enclose filling. Coat with flour. Combine egg and water, dip pork in egg mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Melt margarine in large skillet. Add pork and cook 10-12 minutes, turning frequently to brown all sides.
