Pork Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb.) pkg.  Farmland® Nutrition WiseŽ Boneless Fresh Pork Strips
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 1 large bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 soft taco-size flour tortillas, warmed
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • guacamole

Preparation

  1. Season pork strips with fajita seasoning. Stir-fry in large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned.
  2. Add bell pepper and onion. Continue stir-frying until pork is done and vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Serve wrapped in warm flour tortillas with desired toppings.
