Pork Pan Gravy

Ingredients

  • Pan drippings from Farmland® Steamship Leg of Pork
  • water
  • 1/4 cup flour

Preparation

  1. Pour pan drippings from roasted Steamship Leg of Pork into liquid measuring cup. Add water to equal 2 1/2 cups.
  2. Whisk together 1/3 cup dripings with flour in medium saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes.
  3. Slowly whisk in remaining drippings; bring to a boil. Boil 2 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Serves 10

Ready In 10 minutes

Notes

  1. Recipe may also use drippings from roasted Steamship Picnic Roast.
