Pork Pan Gravy

- Pan drippings from Farmland® Steamship Leg of Pork
- 1/4 cup flour
- Pour pan drippings from roasted Steamship Leg of Pork into liquid measuring cup. Add water to equal 2 1/2 cups.
- Whisk together 1/3 cup dripings with flour in medium saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in remaining drippings; bring to a boil. Boil 2 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
