Pork Roast with Orange Peppercorn Sauce

- Serves: 4-6
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 Farmland® EXTRA TENDER® Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut (2 to 3 lbs.)
- crushed peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Heat oven to 325°F. Sprinkle roast with crushed peppercorns. Place pork loin on rack in shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Roast until internal temperature reaches 155°F.
- Reserve drippings and pour into small saucepan. Add butter, flour and mustard; blend well. Add orange juice and cook until sauce is thickened.
- Slice pork and arrange on serving platter. Drizzle with 1/4 cup sauce. Serve additional sauce separately.
