Salsa Glazed Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 pkg. Farmland® Deep Basted™ EXTRA TENDER™ Pork Loin Back Ribs (about 3 to 4 pounds)
- 1/4 cup red currant jelly
- 1/3 cup water
Preparation
- Heat oven to 325°F. Place ribs in baking pan with water. Cover and roast 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
- Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Combine salsa and jelly.
- Place ribs on grill. Lightly baste with salsa mixture. Grill 5 to 10 minutes per side until ribs are glazed and browned. Serve remaining salsa mixture with ribs.
