Salsa Glazed Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg.  Farmland® EXTRA-TENDER® Pork Loin Back Ribs, (about 3 to 4 pounds)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup red currant jelly

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Place ribs in baking pan with water. Cover and roast 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
  2. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Combine salsa and jelly.
  3. Place ribs on grill. Lightly baste with salsa mixture. Grill 5 to 10 minutes per side until ribs are glazed and browned. Serve remaining salsa mixture with ribs.
