Sausage Gravy & Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Pork Sausage Links - Original
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 6 buttermilk biscuits, warm

Preparation

  1. In medium skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Break links into small pieces with spatula while cooking.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, stir in flour. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
  3. Slowly whisk in evaporated milk and 2% milk. Continue cooking and stirring until desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
