Slow Cooker Pork and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound peeled baby carrots
  • 1 pkg.  Farmland® EXTRA-TENDER® Boneless Pork Loin Roast - Center Cut, (about 3 to 4 lbs.)
  • 1 (1-oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

  1. Layer vegetables in bottom of 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker.
  2. Place roast on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with soup mix, salt and pepper. Pour water or broth over top.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours)

Serves 6-10
